BILGE & PUMP

Bilge and Pump are a pair of maritime mercenaries, every bit as stupid as they are spiteful. Usually found swabbing the decks for seafaring S.C.U.M. boss Captain Walker D. Plank, the pair are always found together. Bilge, the taller and toothier of the twosome, has a particularly mean streak, while plump, plodding Pump is more slow-witted. Always at an advantage on the open water thanks to years of sailing (and plundering) experience, Bilge and Pump are often found manning the controls of S.C.U.M.'s stolen ships and submarines, or meting out unpleasant punishments to those in the good Captain's captivity. They're rarely much of a match for James Bond Jr, however, who always sees to it that the lowdown bunglers are left high and dry.
